  1. Flexible ‘Risk-Free’ Cancellation. Cancel any time prior to arrival and receive a no questions asked credit for any non-refundable fees to use toward a future stay up to one year from the original arrival date.
  2. Special Discounts. Save up to an additional 40% on our already discounted 2020 pricing.
  3. Certified, Professionally Cleaned Apartments.  Every apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival. For additional peace of mind, our apartments are also sterilized between stays using a professional line of disinfectants.
  4. Well-Maintained Apartments.  Even before the pandemic the Home in Rome team has always maintained its apartments following manufacturer maintenance guidelines for household appliances.  In addition, where available, air conditioner filters are cleaned regularly and disinfected at least once a month.    
  5. Calendar Holds.  We will limit the number of arrivals by closing the day before your arrival and the day after your departure to allow more time for a thorough cleaning.  
  6. Private Check-In Services. Check-in by appointment with trained staff adhering to social distancing.
  7. Self-Check-Out Services.  Easy check-out procedures.
  8. Personalized Linen and Towel Options. Tell us how you would like to the apartment prepared for your stay. We can make the beds with our professionally high temperature washed linens or you can request to have linens and towels provided in a sealed, sterilized bag.
  9. Welcome Hygiene Gift Set. To assist you better, we offer paper towels, hand dishwashing detergent, kitchen sponge, individually packaged bathroom courtesy soaps and one roll of toilet paper per guest. In addition, where available, we also offer two dishwasher tablets and one washing machine pod.
